On the afternoon of September 20, 2019, the final competition of Yanfeng cross-company team rally with the theme of "Synergy, Innovation and striving" was successfully held in the multi-functional hall of Yanfeng. As the independent business unit for the first time, AYM participated this competition.Yanfeng people from all over the country made up 12 teams to get together. At the finals, each team shared the successful experience of the programs with various innovative performances and used various CI tools, combined the vision, mission and values of the company.The live performance is wonderful and climax repeatedly, which is not only a visual feast, but also makes all employees deeply realize the value and significance of continuous improvement, lean production and management innovation.

AYM's program theme is “TRACK3000 Platform Development”, which utilizes the “Design Thinking”development ideas and other related professional CI tools to carry out product innovation from scratch to excellence. Meanwhile, the synergy of the design team and the AME team ensures the feasibility of manufacturing and the platform-based manufacturing mode. In the end, the TRACK3000 platform has achieved industry leading position in platform, light weight, slide effort,voice and strength. Meanwhile, flexible production line reduces large amount production cost, above of which have laid a solid foundation for the company to continue to acquire business in the future.

"Burning from Oriental" team went to the Yanfeng cross-company team rally on behalf of AYM this year.
