★Assembly process is more and more important as seven recliner platforms and projects are developed with the customers’ changing requirements.It requires the welding team must be meet the challenges and committed to continuously to focus on technical improvement, innovation of Assembly technology and promote the assembly standardization to the whole company, and finally achieve a substantial business growth and win the customer satisfaction.The recliner team was constantly learning and improving professional skills and established good communication and mutual progress with various suppliers. The team invited experts to AYM to bring us the latest technological innovation and new products make us better choose the equipment. It also consulted to relevant experts to set up equipment installation standard for high value and more problems equipment.★At the beginning of 2019, the building of Changshu campus was partly ready for production lines. To minimize the impact of the production line transfer to the customer delivery, operations unit started to move the production lines in Shanghai and Changshu temporary plant into the new Changshu campus even the Changshu campus was not 100% completed. Under the circumstances, The Changshu Plant Relocation Executive team optimized the transfer plan and details according to the actual situation constantly, and meanwhile, team took the advantage of the occasion to modify the equipment and upgrade. Finally, team completed the transfer task one month in advance. AYM Relocation Team achieved excellent work, even though the tight schedule and heavy multi-task.★Great wall CHB027 program development team got the award from Greatwall for CHB027 on June 1st, 2017 after fierce competition. As the first program from Great Wall, we totally achieve $15,000,000/year sales for this program. CHB027 launch successfully on Apr 2019 even the team faced many challenges such as: urgent timing, different system and quality requirements. And the volume was very stable and increased 10% after SOP even slumping China market of Quarter 1. After this program, the team got award CHB037, P3011 programs at the same plat form.Congratulations to the three winning teams.They exceeded expectations and surpassed standards!The spirit of the winning teams will affect the whole AYM. The company has one batch experienced, the specialized team, and we are working hard to achieve the next milestone.
